Who We Are

Mystic Women is a modern sisterhood—created from a desire to offer women a space to slow down, reset, and reconnect with themselves, each other, and the deeper rhythms of life.

What began as a simple longing for connection has grown into a curated circle devoted to emotional clarity, nervous system balance, and meaningful gathering.

In each experience, the pace softens. The noise fades.
Women are invited into a space where judgment and comparison fall away—and are replaced with presence, respect, and genuine connection.

Here, every woman is seen. Every voice is welcomed.
And there is nothing you need to be—other than yourself.

Through retreats, circles, cacao ceremonies, and intentionally designed experiences, Mystic Women brings women together in a way that feels both grounding and expansive.

Each gathering is crafted with care—creating a ripple that extends beyond the moment, into your life, your relationships, and the way you move through the world.

Meet the Founder

I grew up in what looked like a “perfect” family from the outside—while underneath, there were unspoken traumas, inherited patterns, and secrets no one dared to name.

Breaking away from that system was not easy. It took me years to recognize how deeply those old patterns and limiting beliefs were shaping my choices and quietly pulling me away from my soul’s path.

Rediscovering my feminine power became an act of rebellion—and an act of courage. It asked me to become intimate with the parts of myself I had learned to hide, and ultimately led me back to the wisdom of my womb: my center, my compass, my inner oracle.

For nearly two decades, I worked as a fashion model, learning to see my body through the eyes of the outside world. Somewhere along the way, I became disconnected from the woman inside it. I numbed myself through substances and lost myself in relationships that asked me to abandon my own truth.

After one particularly painful relationship, I found myself in a moment when I wasn't sure I would survive the night. Something inside me finally said: enough.

I chose to take my life back.

I explored that chapter of my life through my personal documentary, Quest for Beauty. And afterward, I gave myself a sabbatical year—not to escape my life, but to learn how to truly live it.

I began with the most radical form of love I knew: learning to love myself.

Through plant medicine, inner journeys, ceremony, ancient wisdom, and the quiet guidance of my own body, I began finding my way home.

For the past decade, I have devoted myself to this remembering.

I've sat in ceremony. I've learned from many teachers and traditions. I've listened to women share their deepest grief, longing, wisdom, and joy. I've practiced, stumbled, surrendered, begun again, and learned that healing is not a destination—it is a relationship we choose, again and again.

What began as my own journey has become the foundation of my work.

Mystic Women was born from this remembering.

A remembering that we are not broken.
That wisdom lives within us.
That our bodies speak.
That nature has much to teach us.
That women were never meant to walk alone.

So I offer this work with devotion—to myself, to all my relations, to the women who came before me and those who will come after...

And to you.

May these spaces remind you of what has always been yours.

May you remember the woman you were born to be. ☽
