My name is Cristine, I am a yogi, medicine woman, and herbalist, weaving magic through Astro-Herbalism and the sacred energies of Dragon and Kundalini. Deeply connected to Mother Earth, I help to create space for others on a journey of healing, transformation, and spiritual awakening, aligning the wisdom of plants with the rhythms of the cosmos.

Lunar New Year Vision Board

Together, we will create a vision board not from pressure or force, but from presence, devotion, and truth.
We will drink heart-opening ceremonial cacao and move through kundalini yoga, breath, and meditation to set our intentions deep into the body.
This is a ceremony for women ready to move slowly, intentionally, and in alignment with the life unfolding within them.
