The Motherline: 14 Sacred Healing Circles

A monthly cacao and Kundalini journey devoted to healing the motherline across the 14 generations we carry — 7 generations before us and 7 generations after us. Each circle explores a different theme of ancestral healing, nervous system restoration, emotional release, feminine embodiment, and self-reclamation through breathwork, movement, meditation, cacao, and sacred sharing.

Held in an intimate salt room setting, halotherapy supports deep relaxation and respiratory cleansing while helping release grief and emotional heaviness often stored in the lungs and chest. Together, we create a safe and nourishing space to soften inherited patterns, reconnect with ourselves, and consciously reshape what we carry forward.

This intimate experience is reserved for only 8 participants plus myself, creating a sacred circle of 9 women — a number symbolizing completion and transformation. While the circles are designed as a connected 14-month journey, each gathering also stands on its own, allowing women to join the sessions they feel most called to in their current season of life.
